Dwayne is the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He serves as a pastor's director of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the future generation of Biblical counselors. The Board of Directors he serves on is Director's of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several articles on the internet, and also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and wife Leslie have three kids.
